Our restaurant is open from 18.00 (6PM) for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with concerts. Our dishes are based on seasonal produce, primarily from local and organic producers. The set menu is served before the concerts and table are cleared before the concerts starts at 20:00 (8PM).

DINING AT MONTMARTRE
For dinner before concerts we serve our set menu priced at 325 DKK for three courses.

 

Menu from 30th of October until 30th of November:

STARTER
Soup of jerusalem artichoke

Jerusalem artichoke chips
Pickled jerusalem artichoke
Estragon oil

MAIN COURSE
Braised lamb skank

Balsamico marinated beetroot
Mix of root vegetables

DESSERT
Baked caramelized pear

Dulce de leche
Pear sorbet

 

Menu from 1st of December until 26th of December:

STARTER
Smoked salmon

Pureé of cauliflower
Rye bread crumble
Watercress

MAIN COURSE
Duck confit in sous vide

Red cabbage
Kale chips
Orange vinaigrette

DESSERT
Rice a la mande

Cherry sauce

We have a wide variety of organic soft drinks, hot coffee, and handpicked wines from all over the world.
